Scope & Coverage

  • This policy covers all crochet & hand knitted products sold through our official channels (online store, marketplaces, and direct orders) to customers in the United States (USA), Europe (EU/EEA), Australia, and New Zealand and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other Emirates.
  • We ship to the following regions: United States, European Union member states, United Kingdom, other European countries we support, Australia, New Zealand , and UAE.

Processing Time

  • Orders placed on business days (Mon-Fri) are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Processing time maybe longer during peak seasons (e.g, holidays, craft fairs) or for custom orders.

  • Expedited (2-3 Business days): Available for an additional fee
  • Overnight: 1 business day (Where Available)
  • Free Shipping for orders over $60.00

EUROPE

  • Standard Tracked Mail: 5-12 business days (Depending on country)
  • Express / Courier: 1-4 business days (Where available)

AUSTRALIA / NEW ZEALAND

  • Standard International Tracked: 6-14 business days (Depending on destination)
  • Express / Courier: 2-6 business days (Where available)

UAE (DUBAI, ABU DHABI, & OTHER EMIRATES

  • Standard International Tracked: 5-12 business days (Depending on destination)
  • Express / Courier: 2-5 business days (Where available)

All shipments include tracking numbers and require a signature for high value orders (Configurable).

Delivery estimates exclude processing time and weekends/holidays.

DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS FEES: For European orders, customers maybe responsible for any import duties, taxes, and charges levied by the destination country. We strive to mark orders accurately to minimize delays.

INTERNATIONAL CONSIDERATIONS (UAE)

  • Customs declarations include accurate item description and values.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local regulatory requirements.
  • We may require additional information for international orders (e.g., recipient phone number) to ensure smooth delivery.
  • UAE-specific import regulations and any necessary documentation will be compiled with as needed.

PACKAGING & PRESENTATION:

  • All our products are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
  • All our products are packaged in eco-friendly packaging.

ORDER TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS

  • Customers receive order confirmation, processing updates, and a tracking number or link as soon as the shipment is dispatched.

ADDRESS ACCURACY & CHANGES

  • Please ensure shipping addresses are correct at checkout.
  • Changes to the shipping address after dispatch may incur additional routing fees or be limited depending on the carrier.

RETURNS RELATED TO SHIPPING

  • If a shipment is lost or delivered incorrectly due to our error, we will replace or refund the item(s) and shipping costs.
  • If a customer provides an incorrect address, policy on re-shipment or charges will apply as per our Returns Policy.

CARRIER & SERVICE LEVELS:

  • We partner with reputable carriers for domestic and international shipping (Examples: USPS, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail/DPD equivalents). Actual carrier may vary based on destination, service level, and price.
  • We reserve the right to switch carriers or service levels to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

HOLIDAYS AND PEAK SEASON NOTICES

  • During peak periods, processing times may extend by 1-2 days.
  • Backordered or custom items may have extended lead times; customers will be notified at checkout and via email.
