Refund policy
At ZD Legacy, every piece is carefully handmade with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Due to the unique and artisanal nature of our products, we do not offer returns.
However, customer satisfaction is important to us. We do offer exchanges under the following condition:
- Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange within 5 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the exchange process.
Please note:
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are a natural result of handmade production and are not considered defects.
- Items that show signs of wear or damage after use will not be eligible for exchange.
